Project Highlights
- After 6 years from planting, insurance will be provided for the Gandhamalla crops.
- Gandhamalla crops are insured for a period of approximately 12 to 15 years.
- For crops grown by Gandhamalla, 50% of the income from yield will be given to the flat owner, while 50% of the operational expenses will be deducted below.
- After flat registration, a lease agreement of 15 years on crops will be made by the company to the members.
- When the flat owner needs, the flat can be harvested at any time. And if the flat is sold to someone else, the lease agreement will be transferred to the new owner.
- Customers entering Vencharla should follow the timing from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Customers entering Vencharla are prohibited from smoking, drinking alcohol, and consuming non-vegetarian food.

- The compound of Venchar has two gates, two fencing walls, and arches.
- In 200 square yards of flats, there are 14 rows of Gandhamalla and 6 rows of flower plants.
- Each flat has a drip system for the plants.
- Spot registration is not available.
- Free registration is done for customers who register within 10 days of booking.
- 50% of the income that comes on our Venchar land goes to the company for expenses, and 50% goes to the flat owners.
